Paul Shiakallis, “Debbie Baone Superpower” (2014)
A while back, I came across a photographer's photo essay on Botswana's metal scene, but something was missing: women. (Though the same could be said for just about every metal scene.) I njoyed coming across this set the other day, and thought I'd share. These images are from Leather Skins, Unchained Hearts, a photo series from South African photographer Paul Shiakallis.
