The Evil Eye

The evil eye is an old world symbol believed to protect the wearer from the negative effects of subconscious or deliberate mal-intent or envy of those around them. As a friend once said, "it's an ancient way to deflect hater-ade." A friend brought me back an evil eye bracelet and a large one to hang over my office door, and my mom gave me two amulets for my house, so I seem to be surrounded with them now. Can't hurt, right?
