Seeing "Breathless" on the big screen at Cine earlier this fall has me craving short cropped hair. Pinning up braids will do the trick until I decide if it's just a fleeting whim.
For a while, my office was enjoying summer hours, which meant my roommate and I were actually both home for a little bit on Fridays. The dog loved it.
Willie Mae got the Kawaii Photo app treatment.
Had a good laugh revisiting The Onion's Mr. Autumn Man, or as I know him, Alex.

I've been on a mission to visit every taco joint in Athens.
This mission has brought me to the J&J flea market quite a few times.

Had a fun afternoon helping my friend Serra photograph clothes for Strange Magick
Skirt and socks also from Forever21 |
Clockwise from top left: The last day of sleeveless anything for a while. // A great new shirt from this designer. // I've been working on upping my sock game. // The painted wallpaper at the new 5&10 space sure is pretty.
Clockwise from top left: FIG SEASON! We had more figs than we knew what to do with. We made fig mostarda, fig jam, preserved figs, grilled figs, and threw them into salads. // The company I work at is handling the new Franz Ferdinand album so we have plenty of these pretty promo coasters around. // Red cabbage for colorful corn relish. // Home.Made opened their restaurant space!
Clockwise from top left: I'm a gel manicure believer now. The photo above is two full weeks with no chips or peeling. // Oh, McSweeneys. What lovely books you have. // Made mussels for the first time! Cannellini beans, tomatoes, garlic, chopped dried chorizo, white wine, broth, butter, and plenty of herbs made for a great stock. // My sweet friend Mattie gave me this print for the office. She also has them on sale in her shop.
