Can we talk for a minute about the real star of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire? I'm not talking about Jennifer Lawrence, or Philip Seymour Hoffman. We already know they're great. I'm talking about KATNISS' COWL:
This cowl popped up in the first few minutes of the movie, and it's all I could think of this morning while getting dressed in my drafty old house. Designed by
Maria Dora and costume designer Trish Summerville, the cowl was hand knitted! According to this interview, "t
he cowl was woven entirely by hand and it took two people several weeks to knit it."
