Guest Post: Treehouse Kid & Craft Gift Guide

This holiday season, I gathered gift guides and wish lists from local businesses, creative-types, friends, bloggers, makers, and do-ers I admire. Gifts are by no means the important part of the holidays, but I wanted to give local makers a chance to toot their own horns, and it's fun to peek into friends' wish lists. So far we've heard from beautyeverydayEdith on FashionScoutMobCommunity, Laurel Hill,  and Double Dutch Press. Don't forget to check out the exclusive discount codes many of these shops included in their posts!

Today's gift guide comes from Treehouse Kid & Craft. While Treehouse has lots of great items and classes for kids, I find a lot of gifts for grownups (I use this word loosely :) at there, too. Remember when I took a needle felting class at Treehouse? Owner Kristen Bach is also part of beautyeveryday, who we heard from earlier this month.

Today someone asked me what age an item was for, so I told them my age. :)
We get really excited about the squeals of delight that emit from mouths of shoppers here as they get new ideas and inspiration from our shop. But Treehouse ain’t just for kids, ya’ll! We have many, many customers who fulfill their shopping lists for the whole family when they’re here. Need something for your 30-something brother who has everything? Bet he doesn’t have owl poo (it’s for dissecting - ask him to draw you a picture of what he discovers)! Have a foodie grandpa? Tell him to make his own dang cheese! - Kristen Bach
